Pre-orders
Pre-orders placed before 2pm are baked for the next opening day. You can change or cancel an order until 2pm the day before collection. Orders are paid for at the counter on collection and held until closing time on the collection day.
Bread box
Bread box plans renew weekly or fortnightly. Change your loaves, skip a week or cancel by emailing us before 8pm on the Sunday before. Prices may change with four weeks' notice.
Wholesale
Wholesale accounts are invoiced monthly and payable within 30 days. Standing orders may be changed until 4pm the day before delivery. Crates remain our property.
Allergens
Allergen information is given on every label and on each bread's page. Our bakehouse handles wheat, rye, spelt, milk, egg, soya, sesame, seeds and nuts, and we cannot guarantee any bake is free from traces.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong with what you bought, bring it back or email us within two days and we will replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
