What we collect
- Your name, email and phone number when you send a pre-order, start a bread box or contact us.
- Your order details and any allergen information you choose to tell us.
- Your email address if you sign up for the Friday bake list.
Why we use it
To bake, bag and hand over your order, to reply to you, and, only if you asked for it, to send the weekly email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order emails are deleted after 12 months. Bread box and wholesale records are kept for as long as the account is open and then for six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from the bake list from the link in any email.
